the Specials dietary restrictions

1. Once the artist contacts the buyer after the buyer's initial inquiry and the buyer does not respond within 24 hours (or after the set cut-off date and time for commissions), the buyer's order will no longer be valid and the request will not be taken2. It is understood by the buyer that once the order has been confirmed and mutually agreed upon by the buyer and the artist, the buyer will have to pay a downpayment of 50% of the agreed-upon price. After the product has been finalized, the buyer will then pay the remaining 50% of the price before they receive the finished high resolution artwork without the artist’s watermark3. If ever the buyer's request is beyond the artist’s comfortability, the artist has the right to either negotiate with the buyer, or refer the buyer to another artist within the group. Should an agreement not be made with any artist, the artists have the right to collectively refuse the buyer4. If ever the request goes against the listed Dont’s in the artist’s commission sheet, the artist has the right to refuse the buyer5. The buyer will have to clearly state if the commission should be prioritized in the cases of (1) birthday greetings; (2) special events; and (3) pieces that have a valid set deadline6. It is understood by the buyer that the agreed-upon commission should be finished and delivered within 1-2 weeks (barring any unforeseen circumstances), and that rendered pieces will take the longest out of all 3 art styles
